Responsible for eight counties throughout the Central Valley, Bernadette Rojas has been with the U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration since 2008 and has over 16 years of experience in international trade. Originally from Fresno Calif., Rojas relocated and started her appointment as a public servant at the Cleveland, Ohio U.S. Export Assistance Center. As a Senior International Trade Specialist, Rojas has organized several executive led cabinet level trade missions including one of the largest and most successful trade missions in U.S. Commercial Service history. Today, she continues to successfully organize U.S. Commercial Service missions and programs at various domestic and international trade shows in the Agribusiness, Energy and Education industry.
For the past two years, Rojas has been the Alumni Advisor to the International Business Association at Fresno State. She holds three degrees, including an MBA in International Business from Fresno State and is considering pursuing a doctorate within the next two years.
