The strength of the San Joaquin Valley Manufacturing Alliance (SJVMA) lies with our strategic partner organizations, leadership and of course, our SJVMA members. Together, we work in alignment to serve this continually evolving $19.3 billion industry.
The California Manufacturers
& Technology Association
The California Manufacturers & Technology Association (formerly the California Manufacturers Association) works to improve and enhance a strong business climate for California’s 30,000 manufacturing, processing and technology based companies. Since 1918, CMTA has worked with state government to develop balanced laws, effective regulations and sound public policies to stimulate economic growth and create new jobs while safeguarding the state’s environmental resources. CMTA represents 400 businesses from the entire manufacturing community — an economic sector that generates more than $230 billion every year and employs more than 1.2 million Californians.
SJVMA is a proud member of the California’s Manufacturing Network. The Network was formed and is managed by CMTC, to efficiently serve manufacturers statewide. As a member of California’s Manufacturing Network, CMTC delivers technical assistance services and resources, which address the regional challenges driven by the diverse manufacturing community. California’s Manufacturing Network is a collaboration of more than 20 organizations throughout the state, serving more than 2,000 companies annually, and adding significant economic impact for manufacturers, and communities, throughout California.
