We are turning our focus to the transformation that is reshaping every factory floor in America: artificial intelligence, robotics, and intelligent automation. What started as a bold idea has become the Central Valley’s most influential convening of manufacturers, educators, workforce leaders, and policymakers. And this year, we are bringing together the voices, local and national, that will help our region lead the next chapter.

On October 30th, 2025, the San Joaquin Valley Manufacturing Alliance proudly celebrated the 10th Annual Valley Made Manufacturing Summit! Nearly 1,000 attendees from across the region came together including industry leaders, educators, students, and local officials, to celebrate the innovation and collaboration that define Central Valley manufacturing.
A standout moment of the day was the inspiring keynote and fireside chat featuring Oren Cass, founder and chief economist of American Compass, and Pete Weber, community leader and founder of the Heartland Chapter of the New California Coalition. Together, they challenged attendees to rethink the future of work and emphasized the essential role manufacturing plays in creating strong, resilient communities.
The Summit also featured insightful breakout sessions and the exciting debut of the FFB Bank “Power Hour,” a fast-paced networking session that sparked new business connections and partnerships where guests enjoyed local bites and fresh-pressed juices from Squeezed Juice.
This year’s milestone summit truly showcased the strength of our Valley’s manufacturing community – where education, industry, and innovation come together to build opportunity for the future. A heartfelt thank-you to all of our speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees who made this year’s event unforgettable.
