Lance Hastings – President & CEO at California Manufacturers & Technology Association

Lance Hastings is the President and CEO of the CMTA. Under his leadership, CMTA passed historic legislation for a sales tax exemption on manufacturing equipment and grew its membership for four consecutive years, including during the COVID pandemic. Previously, he was Vice President of National Affairs at MillerCoors and Head of Regulatory and Tax Affairs for SABMiller in London. He also held leadership roles at the California Grocers Association and the Grocery Manufacturers of America. Hastings holds an Executive MBA, a BA in Economics, and a Minor in Government from California State University at Sacramento, where he is President of the Sac State Alumni Association.

Jennifer Jirkovsky – Executive Director, Corporate Derivatives, JPMorganChase

Jennifer Jirkovsky is an Executive Director in JPMorganChase’s Corporate Derivatives Marketing Group in Los Angeles.  She manages foreign exchange for Middle Market and Specialized Industries across the Western United States.  Jennifer has been with JPMorganChase for 11 years and has been working with West Coast corporates for over 20 years helping them manage foreign exchange risk.  A Chicago native, Jennifer is a graduate of Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.

Liam Wyness – Vice President, Trade Finance and Working Capital, JPMorganChase

Liam has 20 years of trade finance experience working across multiple teams in the space.  Liam currently covers clients from the Pacific to Texas in the Commercial Banking sector within JPMorganChase. Liam’s current focus is traditional trade products, export credit agencies, and other working capital solutions.  Liam studied business information technology at university in the U.K and is married with two young children. Liam is also a BIG AFC Bournemouth fan.
