More than 100 manufacturing exhibitors showcased their businesses today at the 5th annual Valley Made Summit. This summit was held in Downtown Fresno at the Convention Center. 

About 100 manufacturing exhibitors packed the Fresno Convention Center for the 5th Annual Valley Made Manufacturing Summit. Different businesses set up shop, informing people about what they do and the working opportunities available.

It’s always a busy day at Cencal CNC in Kingsburg. They specialize in CNC machining, meaning they use computer-controlled machines to precisely cut hard materials. That includes using powerful lasers and water jets, to create machine parts.

My role as general manager is to run all aspects of the business with full production and logistics responsibility. The Ligon business model is to purchase companies that reflect their core competency and then hire general managers with the ability to run those companies and to provide shareholders a reasonable return on their investment.
